Founded in 2000, Kindmay is one of the leading global providers of In-Vitro Diagnostic reagents and total solutions.

For the past 20 years Kindmay Medical is working on research and development of IVD products. In particular, Dismart® Helicobacter Pylori Urease Antibody Test Kit (HP) has secured its largest market share in China, showing a unique competitiveness.

As a products and solutions provider with a deep focus on healthcare, Kindmay is leading the way in exploring new markets through the development of Dismart® POCT and PCR products. We have built up our reputation successfully by carrying out various national R&D projects based on solid technology, experience, and human resources accumulated over the years.

In addition, Kindmay is developing the Microbial Alarm Solution that integrates MALDI-TOF and IT technology to effectively manage the biosafety.

Kindmay Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded.

2004

Diagnostic Kit for Helicobacter Pylori Urease Antibody (Colloidal Gold) received New Drug Certification.

2005-2009

2007

Shenzhen Kindmay Medical Co., Ltd. was founded.

2008

Kangmei Tianhong Biotech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was founded.

2009

Kindmay completed the acquisition of Shanghai Youyi Co., Ltd.

Kindmay obtained High-Tech Enterprise Award.

2010-2014

2010

Diagnostic Kit for Helicobacter Pylori Urease Antibody (Colloidal Gold) was rewarded as Shenzhen Independent Innovation & Guangdong High-tech Product.

2011

Kindmay completed the acquisition of Wuhan Changli Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Kangmei Tianhong Biotech (Beijing) obtained High-Tech Enterprise Award.

2012

Wuhan Changli Biotechnology obtained ISO13485 Certification.

2013

Kangmei Tianhong Biotech (Beijing) obtained ISO9001 & ISO13485 with TÜV approval, and the products obtained CE Mark.

2014

Wuhan Changli Biotechnology obtained High-Tech Enterprise Award.

2015-2019

2015

Invested in Changzhou Aifukang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a high-tech company producing raw materials for IVD reagents.

2016

Listed on the NEEQ.

Chlamydia Pneumoniae (CP) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit & Mycoplasma Pneumoniae(MP) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit obtained NMPA certification.

Beijing Kindmay Clinical Laboratory was founded.

2018

Beijing Kindmay Clinical Laboratory obtained Medical Institutions Practice License.

Kangmei Tianhong Biotech (Beijing) obtained the certificate of Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products (GSP).

2020

Established the Overseas Business Department.
